First of all, when throwing, hold your wrist upright. If you bend or twist your wrist, the dart’s nose will swirl excessively on its way to the finish line.
Next is the distance from you to the destination. Darts throwing techniques vary depending on the distance or distance. When darts are thrown, they will rotate in a circle before hitting the target. You have to calculate the number of rotation of the dart depending on the distance thrown near or near.
At close range, the dart rotates only half a turn before reaching the finish line. At far distances, the dart will rotate one round or more. If thrown close, pay attention to how to hold the dart with a sharp tip out of the tip of the finger, foot steps to the width, lean forward when throwing, darts will go faster and stronger.
When throwing away, hold the dart lower than when you throw close, stand tall, close carefully before throwing.
When starting to practice, you should stand a few meters near the goal. If you hold the pointed dart towards the tip of the finger, when thrown it will fly straight to the destination, do not rotate.
Then you step back a few more steps. So that you find the appropriate distance for the dart to rotate a full circle before reaching the destination. For an average stature person, that distance is within 4-5m. Keep standing away from the target, find the appropriate distance for 1 and a half rounds, 2 rounds and more.
If you are right-handed, stand with your right foot first, when throwing your left leg.
If the dart hits the target with the tip pointed up, you back up 1 or 2 steps. If the dart hits the target with the nose pointing down, take 1 or 2 steps.
If the dart hits the target with the tail not pointed or sometimes turns the nose up, sometimes swings down, you should pay attention to the wrist, you may have bent your wrist when throwing.
Whenever finding an appropriate distance, mark a standing point or measure the distance. Gradually you’ll get used to estimating and choosing the right distance for each throw. Accuracy will gradually improve through persistent training.
